I don't know. People have been telling us the end of society is right around the corner since before Elvis wasn't allowed to be scene shaking his hips on the Ed Sullivan Show. It still hasn't happened.

Is it your opinion that things have gotten better since that Elvis appearance?

Also, do the "end of society" predictions have to fit into a certain time frame to be valid, such that if our society were to fail a hundred years later... or ten minutes for that matter, the predictions would be rendered invalid?

Finally, if America were to limp along, a shadow of it's former self, one nation, unrecoverable, with misery... and justice for all, would you consider that an end of society moment or a triumph?

Exactly Ted - What accomplishments?

Obama is just sick.
